alKaest is born from the desire to revolutionize the way we understand work. After years of complicated hierarchical scales and rigid pre-established rules… we needed a breath of fresh air.
Having more freedom of movement also means taking more risks, but we accepted the challenge and we left for this new journey guided by a lot of passion and enthusiasm.
We are a group of people from different countries and the first time we talked about it together it seemed as a joke. We had fun imagining what it would have been like if we could have done what we loved best, building step by step something that was truly ours.
Coming from similar work experiences, it was like speaking the same language. Knowledge, both on a human and professional level, was the perfect springboard. So we started to put everything we had on the table: experience and networks in the first place, but also many opportunities that we were finally ready to seize.
Today we work with the awareness that, in some way, we dedicate every moment of our time to ourselves and to what we like to do. An extra push to face difficult moments and one more reason to toast when we reach a goal.
